Our organization was approved based on our stated purpose to:

• Educate our members and the public in the art of quilting through lectures and workshops.
• Promote quilting by creating opportunities to display items created by guests and members.
• Unite members with shared interests to work together on quilting projects, and
  share knowledge and specific skills.
• Design, create, and produce sewn items (i.e., quilts, pillowcases, placemats) to donate directly
  to needy individuals and other nonprofit groups serving those in need.

Donations to ECQ are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. A donation acknowledgement letter will be given with each donation. If you don't receive one at the time of your donation feel free to contact the Treasurer.

ECQ is qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests. We may receive grants and other non-profit discounts & benefits.
